Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned administrator to join our Hub Services Support team at the Adelaide Head Office. This role entails working within a vibrant team supporting NCI staff throughout the organisation. You will provide essential administrative assistance to multiple internal units serving clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Primary Duties

  • Compile and upload client-related documents efficiently.
  • Enter and manage applications submitted to underwriters.
  • Maintain and oversee client data input and monitoring.
  • Complete various administrative assignments within designated timelines.
  • Offer admin support to other internal teams when necessary.

Accuracy in data entry and a sharp eye for detail are critical for success. The position also demands excellent communication abilities and skills to foster positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

About You

  • At least one year of office administration experience, preferably in an office setting or similar environment.
  • A sincere interest or background in financial services is highly regarded.
  • A proactive mindset combined with enthusiasm for pursuing a stable and satisfying administrative career.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and capability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Competence with IT systems and flexibility in adapting to change.
