About the Role
The European Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Technology (EIIET) in Berlin seeks a diligent, organized, and customer-centric Administration and Sales Assistant. This role is crucial for supporting daily office functions, managing student inquiries, facilitating admissions communication, and contributing to sales efforts aimed at student recruitment.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and manage front-desk operations.
- Professionally respond to student inquiries and visitor communications.
- Assist in preparing for events such as information sessions, guest lectures, and student-related activities.
- Provide clear explanations of EIIET’s programs, admission steps, application criteria, and general academic information.
- Help applicants throughout the admission process, including document gathering and monitoring application progress.
- Contribute to bookkeeping and related administrative processes.
- Support the sales and admissions team in meeting student enrollment objectives.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- A strong orientation toward excellent customer service.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must reside in Germany.
