Role Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to students and parents regarding academic programs, career paths, and course details.
- Proactively follow up on potential leads through phone calls, emails, and chats to share information about courses, admissions, and scholarships.
- Support applicants by assisting them through the admission process and converting leads into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain and utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track all interactions and progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants should be graduates with excellent communication and counseling aptitude.
- Previous experience in sales or lead conversion is advantageous.
- Must demonstrate a customer-oriented approach, be target driven, and possess strong follow-up skills.
