Key Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to prospective students on diverse UG and PG programs offered.
• Engage with candidates via data calls and online chat platforms.
• Offer detailed advice concerning degree options and admission procedures.
• Gather and consolidate participant feedback for continuous improvement.
• Address queries telephonically with professionalism and clarity.
• Convert generated leads into confirmed admissions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and walk-in visits daily.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven sales experience, ideally within the education sector or a related field.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate sales aptitude with persuasive abilities to influence prospective students.
• Adopt a customer-centric approach focused on exceptional service delivery.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pertinent technological tools.
• Motivated by goals and has a consistent track record of meeting targets.
