  • Interact with enrolled students to guide them through online orientation, emphasizing its importance, and monitor their progress.
  • Engage actively in team initiatives and respond promptly to assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Preferred experience in online admissions recruitment or intangible sales; hospitality or culinary industry background is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals achieve their life ambitions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-driven, ethical mindset.
  • Advanced organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry software and reporting tools; Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform well in remote work settings.
  • Adaptability, creativity, resourcefulness, continuous learning, professionalism, and teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to engage audiences, manage rejections, and maintain positive energy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is strongly preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in admissions recruitment or sales of non-durable goods.
