Position Overview

The Agency Development Manager at Kotak Life Insurance is responsible for building and managing a channel network to promote insurance products, driving revenue generation, and meeting business objectives through recruiting and developing a team of advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit quality advisors by promoting career opportunities and ensuring they receive appropriate training on products, regulations, and sales techniques.
• Coach and monitor advisors' daily activities to boost performance, motivate, retain high performers, and provide targeted training for average performers.
• Analyze customer needs to ensure exceptional service and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead sales efforts by providing practical product training and accompanying advisors to client meetings to guide and inspire success in meeting revenue goals.
• Organize promotional activities aimed at both sales enhancement and recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any graduate degree.
• Age limit: Up to 40 years.

Hiring Considerations

• Field sales experience with earnings up to INR 4,00,000 per annum.
• Banking and financial sales experience with earnings up to INR 4,20,000 per annum.
• Life insurance experience with earnings up to INR 6,00,000 per annum, supported by verifiable business achievements.
