AI Faculty / AI Trainer

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AI Faculty / AI Trainer to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering high-quality AI education that blends theory and hands-on practice, helping students develop practical skills in artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging offline training sessions covering AI fundamentals to advanced topics.
• Facilitate practical exercises, coding labs, and live demonstrations to cement learning.
• Mentor students throughout projects and assignments, supporting real-world AI application development.
• Continuously refine teaching approaches to maximize classroom interaction and student understanding.

Subjects to be Delivered

• Basics of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning including Deep Learning.
• Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
• Technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation, multi-agent systems, and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Development of AI chatbots and Python programming specifically for AI applications.
• Integration of AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.
• Automating AI workflows using various tools.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Strong grasp of contemporary AI technologies and programming skills in Python.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Passion for educating and mentoring learners with a focus on practical application.
• Commitment to continual learning and staying abreast of AI field innovations.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in AI, machine learning, data science, software development, or AI-focused training.
