Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and workflow automation to enhance operational processes.
• Create and manage AI-powered prompts, templates, workflows, and comprehensive documentation utilizing Claude and comparable platforms.
• Explore new AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to improve business effectiveness.
• Support AI adoption efforts through the development of training resources and user guidance.
• Coordinate digital marketing tasks such as social media scheduling, content generation, and campaign management.
• Maintain website updates, marketing collateral, and online business listings to uphold a strong digital footprint.
• Drive ongoing process improvements to minimize manual tasks and optimize operations.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline procedures and implement innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of professional experience in AI Operations, Business or Process Improvement, Digital or Marketing Operations, Workflow Automation, or similar fields.
• Proven hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI platforms to enhance productivity and automate tasks with measurable impact.
• Demonstrated ability to develop AI-related prompts, workflows, templates, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Self-driven and adept at working independently within distributed teams.
• Keen interest in evolving AI technologies and continuous professional development.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Canva, website updates, social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, or related campaigns is advantageous.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools and productivity-enhancing AI applications is preferred.
