Job Summary

The Air Export Agent role involves ensuring the timely and accurate transportation of freight along with maintaining excellent customer service. While prior air freight experience is not mandatory, at least six months of customer service experience is preferred.

Key Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Communicate directly with shippers and international offices.
  • Comply with company key performance indicators and regulations.
  • Manage export documentation and file preparation.
  • Receive and process shipment documents.
  • Track and oversee daily shipments effectively.
  • Handle invoicing procedures accurately.

Product Agent Competencies

  • Ensure efficient and prompt shipment processing in line with operational procedures and customer standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry, swiftly resolving discrepancies.
  • Execute timely and precise billing and accounting, ensuring credit processes minimize risk.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare logistics is advantageous.
  • A minimum of six months' customer service experience is required.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Awareness of global logistics industry practices.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
