About the Role

This position supports senior leadership, including the CEO, by enhancing decision-making and governance processes within the CEO Office. The role focuses on organizing key strategic discussions, coordinating executive meetings, and ensuring alignment and follow-through on major priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage important governance platforms such as Executive Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board meetings with agendas aligned to business goals.
  • Aggregate, analyze, and present critical strategic topics for leadership consideration.
  • Create comprehensive documentation outlining choices, compromises, and suggestions for the executive team.
  • Monitor crucial decisions and facilitate diligent follow-up and implementation across departments.
  • Maintain oversight of strategic initiatives and proactively communicate any potential risks, delays, or lack of alignment.
  • Assist in preparing senior leaders and the CEO for meetings by developing briefings, key messages, and talking points.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple functions to support informed and timely leadership decisions.
  • Ensure consistency, discipline, and a structured approach in executive-level dialogue and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • Between 6 to 8 years of professional experience; strong preference for candidates with a background in elite strategy consulting (such as MBB or comparable firms).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and skills in structuring complex issues clearly.
  • Capability to distill complex information into precise, actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership or handling influential strategic matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and can thrive in fast-moving, uncertain settings.
  • Professional maturity with a collaborative and humble team approach.
