About the Role

Elahi Music invites applications for an A&R Executive based in Mohali for an on-site role. The position focuses on identifying fresh musical talent, fostering industry relationships, handling influencer collaborations, and aiding artist acquisition and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and recruit singers, rappers, producers, songwriters, and independent musicians.
• Develop and sustain strong connections with artists, influencers, content creators, and music industry professionals.
• Arrange meetings to engage and convert potential clients into studio collaborators.
• Facilitate artist partnerships, music releases, and marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to social media efforts by supporting content scheduling, campaign rollout, and artist publicity.
• Conduct research on music trends, new talent, and competitor activities to find growth possibilities.
• Manage comprehensive databases of artists, influencers, and partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Between two to three years’ experience in areas such as A&R, influencer marketing, talent management, or social media.
• Excellent skills in networking, communication, and relationship management.
• A strong enthusiasm for the independent music sector and artist growth.
• Fundamental knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and current digital marketing trends.
