Render and Root Design Studio LLP combines functional architectural solutions with insightful interior design to craft innovative and enduring spaces. Located in Hyderabad, the studio focuses on upscale residential and commercial projects characterized by creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and meticulous Architect & Interior Designer to join our creative team. This role involves managing projects from initial concept through execution, including preparing technical drawings, creating compelling visual renderings, and overseeing material selection and site coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual architectural designs, floor plans, 3D models, and interior layouts for both residential and commercial properties.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, walkthrough animations, and client presentation materials.
- Produce precise working drawings, including layouts for MEP, electrical, plumbing, millwork details, and construction documents.
- Perform site visits and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure designs are executed as planned.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and lighting in line with design vision and budget considerations.
- Engage with clients to present design ideas, incorporate their feedback, and nurture ongoing client relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.
- Have between one to three years of relevant professional experience in architecture and interior design. Outstanding fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also invited to apply.
- Proficient in software tools including AutoCAD, 3ds Max or SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, or Lumion; additionally skilled in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
- Exhibit a keen visual aesthetic, understanding of Indian construction standards and materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adhere to project timelines.
