Role overview
This position focuses on driving insurance business within a designated area or zone through an assigned relationship or channel partner. The role is centered on influencing the partner so they can effectively recommend Birla Sunlife Insurance solutions to their customers.
Key responsibilities
The Area Manager is expected to manage the complete pre-sales and post-sales cycle for the relationship partner and end clients, while coordinating support from the dedicated team aligned to that relationship.
A major part of the job is to deliver assigned business targets and sustain steady quarter-on-quarter growth.
