Job description
The Opportunity
As Assistant Digital Brand Manager, you will support the Brand Marketing Controller, who reports into the Brand Director, on priority projects and high-impact campaigns that build brand awareness and support growth in the UK. The position is based in central London and requires four days per week in the office.
You will play a hands-on role in several key areas, including SEO, GEO, website strategy, and YouTube campaign activity.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Brand Marketing Controller to drive SEO, GEO, and website strategy for itsu.com/grocery.
- Manage the relationship with the grocery SEO agency and coordinate day-to-day collaboration.
- Work alongside the itsu restaurant digital team to ensure alignment across functions.
- Oversee the website development agency relationship for the grocery website.
- Update and maintain itsu.com/grocery content for global markets, including the UK, EU, and US.
- Coordinate the briefing, uploading, and maintenance of itsu grocery product pages on retailer websites.
- Support YouTube campaigns through execution, asset development, measurement, performance review, and ongoing optimisation.
- Brief internal design teams to produce consistent, brand-aligned creative assets for campaigns and the grocery website.
- Assist with brand health and NPS tracking, as well as other supporting activity when required.
- Contribute to paid social and influencer campaign activity where needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in planning and delivering SEO and GEO strategies that improve website visibility.
- Experience measuring SEO and GEO outcomes and presenting clear reports to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with SEO and website agencies.
- Comfort working across teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach.
- Commercial awareness with a strong focus on results.
- Previous experience in FMCG.
