Role Overview

This opportunity is based in Manchester, Spinningfields Square, and is a part-time store role for 25 to 30 hours per week. The position requires flexibility to work across both front-of-house and back-of-house duties.

You will begin as a Team Member and can earn up to £14.05 per hour, including an hourly bonus. This role is offered without zero-hours contracts.

What You Will Do

• Prepare ingredients and handle fresh fish cuts as part of daily food preparation.
• Roll maki and assemble the signature dishes the brand is known for.
• Cook food carefully while following exact preparation standards.
• Keep food quality and food safety standards consistently high.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service.

Training and Growth

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. Learning will happen through practical support in the shop, guidance from managers and teammates, and digital training via the company app and Academy courses. The role is designed to help you build confidence and gain the skills needed to succeed.
