Core duties
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a premium gastro pub
- Deliver a consistently excellent guest experience and keep customer satisfaction high
- Support sales growth, revenue performance, and event booking activity
- Oversee front-of-house service to ensure efficient, polished operations
- Lead, support, and energise the team to maintain a positive and productive environment
- Assist with the planning and delivery of private functions in the venue’s event space
- Help maintain full compliance with food safety and health and safety requirements
- Take part in staff development and training
