Core duties

• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a premium gastro pub
• Deliver a consistently excellent guest experience and keep customer satisfaction high
• Support sales growth, revenue performance, and event booking activity
• Oversee front-of-house service to ensure efficient, polished operations
• Lead, support, and energise the team to maintain a positive and productive environment
• Assist with the planning and delivery of private functions in the venue’s event space
• Help maintain full compliance with food safety and health and safety requirements
• Take part in staff development and training
