Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Reception team fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
• Participate actively by working shifts and assisting staff during peak times.
• Enhance visibility of the hotel and brand within the local community.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to minimize rooms that are out of service.
• Partner with Housekeeping to maintain consistently clean and well-presented guest rooms.
• Set team goals, identify training needs, and support employee development.
• Assist the Hotel Manager with scheduling and daily operations management.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with central support to execute hotel initiatives and meet commercial targets.
• Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining excellent guest experiences.
