Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Learning & Development based in Pune. The selected individual will spearhead learning programs, handle training operations, facilitate LMS administration, and work closely with stakeholders to boost employee skill enhancement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, organize, and implement diverse training programs and learning activities.
  • Manage training schedules, calendars, and logistical aspects efficiently.
  • Oversee LMS functions including course uploads, user management, and generating reports.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers for training content creation and delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive training documentation, MIS reports, dashboards, and analyze learning metrics.
  • Track training impact, gather participant feedback, and monitor completion rates.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, continuous employee learning, and engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with business units to assess learning needs and provide relevant training solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5–6 years in Learning & Development or training operations.
  • Proven expertise in LMS administration and coordinating training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a high-velocity setting.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and attentive to detail.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Learning & Development principles.
  • Experience in training coordination and facilitation.
  • Strong command over Learning Management Systems.
  • Expertise in training administration and operations.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and management.
  • Competence in MIS reporting and data analytics.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
