Assistant QA Engineer

Role Overview

As an Assistant QA Engineer, you will oversee various quality assurance activities within the organization to ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards.

Key Duties

• Manage quality-related processes effectively.
• Develop and establish quality control plans tailored to client specifications.
• Create pre-production documentation for client approvals.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to investigate and analyze customer complaints or non-conformance issues.
• Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes and perform trend analyses to drive continuous improvements.
• Identify, examine, and address product deficiencies.
• Maintain and ensure adherence to quality system requirements.
• Draft and revise internal standard operating procedures and instructions.
• Enhance and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Assess QMS-related challenges and ensure procedural compliance.
• Provide support during customer audits and third-party inspections.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for vendors.
• Plan and execute or lead internal QMS audits as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality Management System standards.
• Good familiarity with applicable product standards, technical codes, and regulations.
• Experience serving as a lead or internal auditor within QMS frameworks.
• Proficiency in utilizing quality tools and measurement techniques.
• Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving capabilities.
