Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous enhancements in the repair process to increase efficiency and quality.
- Develop and elevate the technical repair skills of team members consistently.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure adherence to established repair procedures.
- Coordinate assignments among various production repair units to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
