Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join TAPASAKE, an acclaimed lifestyle dining venue blending Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine, set in a stunning environment with a vibrant ambiance. This role focuses on leading teams, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence within a luxury lifestyle setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant functions.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the front-of-house staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest services consistent with TAPASAKE's luxury standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly between restaurant, bar, and kitchen staff.
- Manage guest feedback and address concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee adherence to service quality, staff appearance, and operational protocols.
- Support workforce scheduling, staffing requirements, and optimize labor productivity.
- Promote increased food and beverage sales through strategic upselling and guest interaction.
- Contribute to inventory management and cost control efforts.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Candidate Profile
- At least 4 years of experience within luxury hospitality environments.
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory or managerial positions.
- Background in managing high-volume lifestyle restaurants, beach clubs, or luxury dining establishments.
- Effective leadership and staff coaching capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests positively.
- Commercially savvy with proven success in revenue generation.
- Driven by a passion for delivering superior hospitality and guest service.
