About the Role

This position is for a retail leader who is ready to move forward in their career. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help run day-to-day store operations, support sales performance, and encourage the team to perform at a high level.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the running of a multi-million-dollar store. Your responsibilities will include team motivation, rostering, reporting, and ensuring the store delivers highly efficient service to customers.

Key Duties

• Support the development of future store leaders through training and coaching.
• Maintain excellent standards of safety, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the store.
• Oversee stock control, monitor inventory, and help reduce shrinkage and losses.
• Assist on the shop floor, including register work, shelf replenishment, and merchandising special buys.
• Look for practical ways to improve store performance and processes.
• Help ensure the store operates smoothly and continues to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is away on leave.
