About The Role
Join a high-performing team of Associate Account Managers within Keeper's EMEA B2B sales division. This role is ideal for driven individuals looking to expand and develop client relationships within the public sector, specifically focusing on state, local, and higher education accounts. You will be responsible for revenue growth by leveraging our industry-leading cybersecurity solutions. This is a hybrid position for those living near our Cork, Ireland office, with a fully remote option available for candidates outside commuting distance.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue quotas within designated accounts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers at the Senior Management level and engage with C-level contacts.
- Effectively communicate with customers through both verbal and written channels.
- Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells with existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to define business and technical objectives through regular technical and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Maintain consistent engagement with named customer accounts, build rapport, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, and close deals.
- Educate clients on best practices for cybersecurity and protecting their businesses from password-related breaches.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of Keeper Security customers to ensure consistent value delivery throughout their lifecycle.
- Demonstrate expertise in Account Management best practices, stay current with industry trends, and act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity.
- Navigate account procurement processes to effectively negotiate licensing agreements.
- Resolve customer issues independently or in collaboration with other Keeper Security teams, applying troubleshooting skills and deep product knowledge.
- Foster strong customer loyalty through high engagement, adoption, and clear communication, including conducting quarterly business reviews to highlight vulnerabilities and new features.
- Become a product expert for customers and occasionally support Sales or Marketing initiatives as a Keeper expert.
- Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
- Conduct data-driven reviews of customer portfolios to prioritize opportunities and risks, ensuring reliable contract renewals and expansions to meet sales targets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Keeper Security's Account Management programs and processes.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by maintaining high work standards and actively supporting colleagues.
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in software or technology sales, with a proven track record in upselling and account expansion.
- Solid technical understanding of software integrations (e.g., SSO, Directory), implementation, onboarding, and support.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to anticipate customer challenges.
- Experience selling to and working with Enterprise organizations, including C-level executives, IT, and Cyber Security leaders.
- Exceptional autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for quickly learning new software and proficiency with business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent display of diplomacy and tact when handling customer issues.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry is advantageous.
