Role overview
Keeper Security is looking for an energetic Arabic-speaking Channel Account Manager to support its EMEA channel sales function. The role is based in Cork, Ireland, and candidates must permanently live in Ireland. If you are within a practical commuting distance of the Cork office, the role is hybrid; if you live farther away, it can be performed fully remotely.

What you will do
- Take ownership of partner recruitment and day-to-day relationship management for value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners, mainly across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between Keeper, its channel partners, and Ingram Micro MEA.
- Develop, nurture, and oversee relationships with both existing and prospective partners.
- Build strong working relationships with key sales and channel stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Coordinate support, services, and management resources to help partners reach performance goals and meet expectations.
- Drive sales through partner organizations in collaboration with partner sales teams.
- Deliver against assigned targets for profitable revenue and strategic goals within partner accounts.
- Reduce friction between direct and channel sales teams by encouraging clear communication.
- Make sure partners follow channel program rules and agreement terms.
- Take part in partner planning to define shared performance goals, financial targets, and milestones.
- Work with partners to identify go-to-market or services opportunities and launch offerings that can generate additional joint revenue.
- Develop relationships with technology vendors to uncover new opportunities with shared partners.
- Keep channel opportunity registrations up to date in Salesforce.com and support direct sales in closing channel-generated leads.
- Plan and run channel marketing campaigns and events that build brand awareness and demand within the strategic partner group.
- Travel locally and nationally for customer meetings, and be able to rent and/or operate a vehicle on the company’s behalf.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience selling security SaaS through the channel.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
- A track record of increasing revenue through channel partners.
- Understanding of partner incentive programs and PRM tools.
- Strong people skills and the ability to work well in a team-focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A highly motivated, target-driven approach.

- Readiness to travel up to 50%.

Retention: applicant data is kept for 24 months after the last application activity and then deleted or anonymized, unless the candidate consents to extended retention in the talent database or is hired, in which case the record moves to employee files.
Your rights: applicants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data where permitted by law, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where applicable, request portability, or raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. If an applicant becomes an employee, their record is handled under the Employee Privacy Notice and retained as required by law. Some information may be redacted from access requests if it contains other people’s personal data or information that must remain private.
