Role overview
Fresha is hiring an Associate Account Manager to support its global growth plans. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, this person will focus on strengthening partner relationships and increasing monetisation on the Fresha platform. The role suits someone who performs well in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable working independently, enjoys a challenge, and wants to make a visible impact.
To encourage collaboration and in-person teamwork, employees work from the London office five days a week. The office is dog-friendly and located at The Bower, 207-211 Old St, Tower, London EC1V 9NR.
Commercial growth
- Work toward monetisation and revenue targets by actively engaging partners and showing them the value of the Fresha platform.
- Guide partners through the adoption of Fresha’s payments solution, from introduction through conversion.
- Improve marketplace performance by refining listing content and availability to help increase conversions.
Relationship building
- Manage a defined group of partner accounts and act as a dedicated advisor throughout their product journey.
- Recommend products that match each partner’s needs and business goals.
- Strengthen the partner experience through regular video meetings and clear communication of product benefits.
- Work closely with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner handovers.
- Partner with Product teams by sharing feedback that can inform future releases.
- Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What Fresha is looking for
The company is seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience delivering commercial results in account management. The ideal candidate should be confident in closing deals, negotiating, and turning opportunities into outcomes. They should be commercially driven, flexible, and able to meet targets in a changing environment.
Strong analytical ability is important, including the use of data and reporting to improve performance. Fresha also values curiosity, initiative, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset. Experience in outbound calling or a similar sales-focused environment is preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential, along with a team-oriented approach and a self-starter attitude.
Added bonus
Fluency in English plus another language is a plus. Experience in the beauty and wellness sector is also considered an advantage.
Interview process
The hiring process includes a 30-minute video screen with the Talent Team, followed by a 45-minute in-person interview with Team Leads, and a 75-minute in-person presentation round with the General Manager (UK & Ireland) and Team Leads. Fresha aims to complete the process and share feedback within 2 weeks. Applications are reviewed manually, and while the team aims to assess them within 7 days, this can take longer depending on volume.
