Role summary
Fresha is hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Executive to support its growth plans and help win new business. You will report to the Team Lead and work closely with the Commercial team and prospective partners, with your main focus being new business development.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-moving environment, welcomes challenge, and wants to make a real contribution. The role is office-based in London and requires attendance five days a week in a dog-friendly workspace.

Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet assigned sales and performance goals.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through phone calls, email, and social channels to generate new business, with occasional in-person meetings where appropriate.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell Fresha’s products and services to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Carry out cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner goals and business priorities.
- Work with internal teams to deliver a smooth and coordinated partner experience.
- Share observations on market activity and industry trends.
- Act as the main contact for partners on commercial matters.
- Be prepared to handle additional tasks as needed, as the responsibilities are not limited to the list above.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of strong B2B sales experience with a proven record of results.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and drive new opportunities.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A naturally curious mindset with a willingness to keep learning and developing.
- Bonus: fluency in English plus another language.
- Bonus: experience working in the beauty and wellness industry.

Interview process
The selection process includes a 30-minute video screening with the Talent Team, followed by a 30-minute skills and experience interview with Team Leads, and then a 60-minute in-person presentation with Team Leads and the General Manager for the UK & Ireland.
The company aims to complete interviews and share feedback within 2 weeks. Applications are reviewed manually, and the usual review window is within 7 days, although this may take longer when application volumes are high.
