Associate, Asset Management

Position Overview

RETS Associates is representing a leading institutional investment firm specializing in Class A office and retail properties. They are seeking an Associate to join their Asset Management team based in New York City. This role focuses on providing analytical support to enhance asset value through activities such as leasing, development, redevelopment, financings, and dispositions.

The position offers the opportunity to gain experience within a premier institutional firm handling transactional asset management duties related to office and retail real estate. The role requires presence in-office five days a week.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, economics, accounting, or mathematics
• Three to six years of relevant experience within an investment bank or real estate investment firm
• Proficiency in cash flow modeling using Excel; familiarity with ARGUS is preferred
• Strong initiative, integrity, and a dedicated work ethic
