  • Monitor class timings, trainer punctuality, and readiness of each session.
  • Carry out daily audits of the facility to uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand expectations.
  • Track stock for critical items such as first-aid supplies and water, and arrange replenishment on time.
  • Resolve operational issues connected to attendance, bookings, equipment, or the facility.

Member experience & engagement

What success looks like

  • Targets for sales and conversions are consistently met or surpassed.
  • The centre remains compliant, well-managed, and strong in daily performance.
  • Member satisfaction, retention, and NPS stay at a high level.
  • The centre maintains a positive atmosphere, strong audit outcomes, and operational discipline.

Qualifications and skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or other service-led roles is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer management capabilities are essential.
  • The ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively is important.
  • A genuine interest in fitness, wellbeing, and community building is an added advantage.

Why join Cultfit?
