Role overview
The Associate Center Manager serves as the on-ground representative of a Cultfit center, ensuring members enjoy a smooth, high-quality experience. The role combines revenue ownership, day-to-day operations, and service excellence in a fast-paced fitness environment. Success in this position depends on strong accountability, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to keep the center energetic, organized, and performance-driven.
Sales and business growth
- Take responsibility for monthly goals related to memberships, renewals, and add-on sales.
- Convert walk-ins and trial users into paying members through effective consultations.
- Handle the full membership conversion flow and maintain accurate, tidy documentation through the portal.
Center operations
- Run the day-to-day center routine using the required checklist tool.
- Monitor class timing, trainer punctuality, and readiness before each session.
- Perform daily facility checks to uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand expectations.
- Track basic center inventory such as first-aid supplies and drinking water, and replenish items on time.
- Fix operational issues connected to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility readiness.
Member experience and engagement
- Develop strong relationships with members and help create a warm, community-focused atmosphere.
- Manage escalations and support a smooth experience before, during, and after classes.
- Record feedback from members and trainers and use it to improve service quality.
- Represent Cultfit’s service standards as the primary point of contact for the center.
Success measures
- Achieving or surpassing sales and conversion targets.
- Maintaining a compliant, consistently smooth, and high-performing center.
- Delivering strong member satisfaction, retention, and NPS results.
- Creating a positive center atmosphere backed by strong audit scores and operational discipline.
Qualifications and preferred attributes
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing service roles.
- Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- High sense of ownership and solid problem-solving ability.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, and community building is an advantage.
