Role overview
Madison Pearl is recruiting an IT Support specialist for a leading asset management organization in Abu Dhabi. The role calls for an experienced professional with more than 5 years in IT support and hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
What you will do
- Take ownership of internal IT security activities.
- Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Deliver day-to-day technical support to employees across the business.
- Carry out reviews and audits of IT systems.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable IT support position.
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Professional certifications such as MSCE are considered an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Good communication abilities and solid project coordination skills.
