Your Role and Impact
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing CivicPlus's product offerings by working closely with engineering, customers, sales, and marketing teams. You will aid in managing product roadmaps, balancing various priorities, and contributing to successful product launches that enhance local government service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, maintain, and progress product roadmaps.
- Collect and integrate customer feedback to guide product decision-making and priorities.
- Facilitate coordination among engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth progress of product initiatives.
- Assist in go-to-market strategies and manage product launch processes.
- Effectively handle multiple stakeholder demands while focusing on customer satisfaction and business goals.
- Participate actively in an agile development environment, contributing to improved product practices.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- One to two years of product management experience, or related background in customer support, technical support, user experience, engineering, or similar software-related roles.
- Experience within SaaS or B2B software sectors.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric perspective.
- Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies preferred.
- Experience using Pendo is advantageous.
- Background in working with or supporting local government entities is a plus.
Benefits and Work Environment
- Salary range estimated between $104,400 and $156,600, with a target hiring range from $119,000 to $139,000 per year based on a 40-hour workweek, reflecting skills, experience, and qualifications.
