Job description
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for eliciting requirements, designing, and implementing IT projects for assigned systems, adhering to approved scope, timelines, and budget.
Job Context & Major Challenges
The position involves managing changes in project scope within set deadlines and delivering a high volume of projects within limited timeframes using available resources.
Key Result Areas
KRA1: Requirement Gathering & UAT
Gather and analyze user requirements by meeting with user groups and stakeholders to understand business perspectives. Integrate user needs with current processes, create and sign off on Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). Evaluate requirements with the development team to identify gaps, publish gap documents detailing customization/development efforts and associated cost/time impacts. Assist the user team in developing test plans, coordinate with user groups, document User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and obtain sign-off from the business group.
KRA2: Project Closure & System Stability
Move approved UAT to production, hand over relevant areas to end-users, and monitor user issues to ensure system stability in the production environment.
KRA3: Application Support
Manage the process for recording and resolving production issues and support queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
