Your Role and Responsibilities
- Plan, carry out, and interpret consumer research using both qualitative and quantitative methods to extract meaningful insights.
- Identify consumer needs and collaborate closely with multifunctional teams to develop strategies that exceed consumer expectations.
- Work jointly with technologists to create and test product prototypes.
- Summarize key insights and technical results succinctly for effective communication and decision-making.
- Lead technical teams in evaluating new products and packaging.
- Develop and implement learning plans to address complex consumer insights, ensuring delivery of superior product propositions.
- Manage research projects end-to-end—from proposals, study setup, execution, to detailed analysis and reporting findings that guide project directions.
- Partner effectively with commercial teams on innovation initiatives, including product upgrades and communications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, science, engineering, or related disciplines from a top university with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to self-lead, understanding business goals and market context to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Advanced problem-solving aptitude using data to integrate concepts and devise solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse cultures and organizational levels.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
