Role Overview
The Associate Salesperson will provide essential support to real estate sales personnel by handling daily operational tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with property listings, creating marketing content, organizing open home events and property viewings, and managing communications with potential buyers and sellers. The role involves maintaining precise listings within company databases, supporting negotiation and documentation processes under the supervision of experienced team members, conducting market research and analysis of comparable sales, and preparing sales reports and presentations. Frequent interaction with clients, branch staff, and external partners ensures an efficient sales cycle. This position is full-time and based on-site in Auckland.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to establish and sustain professional client relations.
- Strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple listings, appointments, and related administrative duties effectively.
- Proficiency and adaptability with digital applications, CRM platforms, and capacity to learn new property marketing tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accurate documentation, data handling, and adherence to real estate compliance standards.
- Client-focused approach combined with proactive problem-solving and commitment to professional ethics.
- Team-oriented, cooperative working style with an ability to follow guidance from senior sales staff.
- Ambition to build a career within real estate; possession or eligibility for a New Zealand real estate license is highly favorable.
- Familiarity with Auckland's property market and holding a valid New Zealand driver's license are considered advantageous.
