Job description

Role Overview

A globally recognized healthcare company is recruiting Associate Scientists for their team based in Longford on an initial 12-month contract basis. The position requires conducting internal projects, performing investigations, and providing technical assistance with a strong sense of independent judgement and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute internal projects alongside technical support tasks with autonomy.
  • Advance product and process quality by investigating routine complaints, prioritizing medical and reportable issues, supporting ticket trend analysis, and maintaining compliance-related quality documentation.
  • Contribute to design control and risk management by developing and updating risk management documentation under guidance.
  • Compile and present reports and insights to internal teams, facilitating knowledge sharing within the workgroup.
  • Support product availability and improvement initiatives, demonstrating awareness of budgetary considerations.
  • Perform multiple technical tasks related to complaint and internal investigations, including audit input and other necessary supports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline or an equivalent blend of education and relevant experience.
  • Up to two years of pertinent work experience in related fields.
