Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor with at least two years of experience to join our team at Mohali. Candidates must hold a BAMS degree from a recognized institution and possess valid registration with the State Ayurvedic Council or NCISM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultations to patients via telephone and video calls.
- Assess patient symptoms to offer Ayurvedic treatment advice and guidance.
- Prescribe suitable Ayurvedic medications and recommend diet and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain detailed consultation records using CRM systems.
- Follow up with patients to ensure ongoing care and satisfaction.
- Liaise with the operations team to facilitate smooth consultation workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Punjabi is a plus.
- In-depth clinical understanding of Ayurvedic medicine.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to professionally conduct consultations via phone and video.
- Strong patient-oriented counseling capabilities.
