Overview
Airbus Helicopters Arabia is seeking a qualified B2 Instructor specializing in avionics and H145 helicopter maintenance to join their Jubail, Saudi Arabia location. This position involves delivering technical training, curriculum development, and supervising maintenance technician trainees within a professional aviation maintenance environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holding at least a Diploma in avionics or completion of an accredited aviation training program (minimum two years duration).
- Preferably possessing EASA Part 66 or FAA certification.
- A minimum of five years' demonstrated technical experience in H145 helicopter maintenance, military or civilian.
- At least three years of documented experience as a technical instructor.
- Type rating on H145 aircraft issued by an OEM-approved organization.
- Proficient in designing and delivering On-the-Job Training (OJT) curricula suitable for novice and seasoned maintenance technicians.
- Experience developing educational materials such as charts, handouts, slides, and graphs to support technical instruction.
- Capability to supervise new maintenance technicians during training assessments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to maintain training records, complying with PSS/GSAC policies.
- Preferred three years in technical writing and qualification as Level-7 in logistics, maintenance, or training specialties.
- Possession of a recognized instructor qualification or course certificate.
- For non-native English speakers, scoring a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent in all language competencies, with additional assessment during PSS/GSAC interviews.
Mandatory Conditions
- All credentials and experience claims must be supported by official documentation.
- Successful completion of the PSS/GSAC interview, either remotely or in person.
- Obtaining a security clearance approved by the Saudi Arabian government is required.
