Back Office Executive

Job Description

As a Back Office Executive at Divine Xplore based in Solapur, Maharashtra, you will engage directly with customers to provide detailed information about tour packages and manage the booking process. Your role involves sharing trip specifics through WhatsApp, explaining pricing and itinerary details, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

• Communicate trip information to customers via WhatsApp messaging.
• Provide clear explanations about tour packages, pricing structures, what's included, and detailed itineraries.
• Follow up diligently with potential customers until their bookings are confirmed.
• Convert customer inquiries into actual confirmed reservations.
• Maintain and update customer databases using CRM systems or Google Sheets.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure bookings are confirmed promptly.
• Address and resolve customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and foundational English.
• Confident with a persuasive demeanor suited for sales and customer interaction.
• Good telephone manners and etiquette.
• Comfort with digital tools such as WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic computer applications.
• Willingness and ability to work towards sales targets.
• Positive attitude combined with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in telesales, travel sales, or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh candidates possessing strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
