Job Overview
We are seeking a Back Office Operations Executive to join our team at Neelkanth Business Park, Vidyavihar/Ghatkopar, Mumbai. This role involves supporting various financial services processes and client coordination.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- B.Com, BMS, BAF, or equivalent graduation required.
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Preference for candidates residing near Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required; knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Process mutual fund applications through online and offline channels.
- Handle KYC documentation for both new and existing clients.
- Manage queries and follow-ups with fund houses.
- Support claims processing and insurance policy servicing.
- Maintain client documentation and internal records diligently.
- Coordinate effectively between Relationship Managers and clients.
Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in basic to intermediate MS Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Understanding of fundamental financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and KYC processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, soft-spoken, and professional demeanor.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Fixed salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹27,000 plus ₹2,000 incentives.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM.
