Work within Customer Fulfillment Centres designed to enhance service for online customers by offering an expanded range and quicker delivery.

Responsibilities

• Apply Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to create products and customer experiences that resonate positively.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all workstations are clean, well-organized, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team, fostering a culture that promotes wellbeing, resilience, and collective success.
• Maintain curiosity and motivation by continually improving your baking techniques and leadership abilities.
• Effectively manage the fast-paced, physically demanding, and deadline-driven bakery environment.

Requirements

• Possess a formal qualification in baking or an equivalent industry credential.
• Demonstrate previous experience working in a high-speed bakery setting.
• Complete a pre-employment medical examination as part of the hiring process.

Working Hours

The roster runs from Monday through Sunday, starting at 3:00 PM and ending at 12:00 AM.
