Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Barbacks, also called Party Starters, to join the team at Be at One Liverpool Victoria. No prior experience is necessary; what matters most is a guest-focused attitude and a natural talent for delivering memorable service that enhances our guests’ night out.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet each guest, ensuring the welcome feels authentic and natural to you
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar area
• Support keeping the environment clean and safe for everyone
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to continually improve bartending standards and practices

About Be at One Liverpool Victoria

As part of Be at One, the cocktail experts, you’ll help create an energetic atmosphere whether for after-work drinks or weekend party nights. The venue serves over 120 cocktails in a vibrant setting with DJs keeping the dancefloor lively, delivering exciting experiences that keep guests returning. Training and development from day one aim to cultivate top-tier bartending skills.
