Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality beverages, whole bean coffee, and food products consistently according to established recipes and presentation criteria.
• Assist with daily store operations such as opening and closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth store functioning.
• Engage with customers by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering genuine connections and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized for both customers and staff.

What to Expect

Working as a barista is dynamic; shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. No prior experience is required, but a passion for delighting customers and creating memorable interactions is essential.
