Core duties
- Greet customers, listen closely to their needs, and respond clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare coffee, food, and other beverages according to standard recipes or customer-specific modifications.
- Handle multiple store tasks across each shift as needed.
- Follow store standards and operating procedures for beverage quality, food handling, cash management, safety, and security.
- Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
