Core duties

• Greet customers, listen closely to their needs, and respond clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare coffee, food, and other beverages according to standard recipes or customer-specific modifications.
• Handle multiple store tasks across each shift as needed.
• Follow store standards and operating procedures for beverage quality, food handling, cash management, safety, and security.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
