About the Role

Join Pret A Manger as a Barista working full-time at our Exeter High Street location. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality organic coffee and other drinks with care and precision. You'll be part of a passionate, hardworking team creating great experiences for customers across more than 750 shops worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso and other coffee beverages, including iced drinks.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring each customer’s experience is positive.
• Work effectively as part of a team to support the smooth operation of the shop.
• Complete comprehensive training before serving customers to develop coffee-making skills and confidence.

• Competitive hourly pay of £14.40 including mystery shopper bonus.
