Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to become a part of a reputable coffee shop team located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role demands skilled coffee preparation, a cheerful demeanor, and a commitment to delivering superior customer experiences.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other menu items.
• Efficiently operate espresso machines, grinders, and related coffee-making equipment with safety in mind.
• Ensure beverage consistency by adhering strictly to established recipes and preparation methods.
• Deliver welcoming, courteous, and prompt service to all customers.
• Accurately record customer orders and handle transactions involving both cash and card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the barista station and customer areas.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking when necessary.
• Comply with all food safety and workplace health and safety policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Participate in opening and closing duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a barista role or hospitality setting is advantageous.
• Proficient understanding of coffee preparation and espresso beverage making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer care.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English and mandatory fluency in Arabic.
