Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consistently excellent beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items following prescribed recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in daily store operations such as opening, closing, cash management, and maintaining safety and security standards.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Understand and respond to both customer and store needs by familiarizing yourself with your environment and clientele.
• Provide exceptional customer service by prioritizing customers and fostering meaningful connections.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized for both customers and colleagues.

What to Expect

No prior experience is required to join as a barista; passion for customer happiness is essential. Each day brings variety and unique encounters, making this role dynamic and rewarding. The work schedule may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends given the nature of store hours.
