Role Overview

As a Beauty Advisor based on-site in Doha, Qatar, you will contribute to daily store activities by greeting shoppers, understanding their fragrance preferences, and suggesting suitable Givenchy fragrances and beauty items. Your duties include product demonstrations, explaining scent characteristics, delivering personalized consultations, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers warmly and identify their fragrance and beauty needs to offer expert recommendations.
• Showcase and demonstrate products effectively, describing scent profiles and usage tips.
• Maintain attractive and orderly product displays, ensuring testers and inventory areas are clean and organized.
• Support merchandising efforts and promotional campaigns within the store environment.
• Assist with fundamental retail sales functions such as processing purchases, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with store leadership to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong background in cosmetology and skincare enables providing knowledgeable beauty and fragrance advice.
• Comprehensive product knowledge of fragrances and beauty lines, communicating benefits clearly to customers.
• Proven excellence in customer service with skills in active listening, empathy, and professionalism suited for luxury retail.
• Experience in retail sales, comfortable meeting sales targets and supporting store promotions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to engage a variety of customers in English; Arabic or additional languages considered advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to visual merchandising standards, keeping product presentation neat and appealing.
• Availability to work on-site in Doha including weekends and busy retail periods.
• Prior experience in roles such as beauty advisor or fragrance specialist in retail settings is preferred.
