About the Role

They are looking for a Bellboy (m/w/d) to join the team by arrangement and support the hotel with energy, service mindset, and a hands-on attitude.
What the role involves
- Welcoming guests warmly and professionally from the moment they arrive.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and, when needed, explaining the main in-room and hotel facilities.
- Handling luggage services for arrivals and departures, including organizing luggage storage.
- Safely parking guest vehicles and providing shuttle support when required.
- Performing valet parking duties and managing guest vehicles responsibly.
- Monitoring the entrance area and helping maintain order and cleanliness in the reception zone.
- Taking care of minor maintenance tasks in the hotel, such as changing light bulbs or handling simple repairs.
- Running errands and completing small tasks for guests and the hotel.
- Responding to guest questions and requests promptly, politely, and with a strong solution-oriented approach.
- Contributing to guest satisfaction while ensuring cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met.
- Working closely, efficiently, and transparently with all hotel departments.
What they are looking for
The ideal candidate already has initial experience in hospitality or service-related work. A genuine service attitude, good manners, and a calm approach in demanding situations are important for this position.
Applicants should be confident when handling vehicles and hold a valid driving licence, preferably category B. Practical handyman skills are also expected. Fluency in German and very good English are required; additional languages such as French and/or Dutch are considered a plus.
The role suits someone who is well organized, works in a structured and goal-oriented way, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Empathy, optimism, and strong guest orientation are key qualities for success in this position.
