Position Overview

Join Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort on Tioman Island as a Bellman, where your warm hospitality and attention to guest needs will enhance visitors' experiences from their arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly by saying "Welcome to Tunamaya" or personalizing farewells such as "See you soon, Mr./Mrs./Miss [Name]."
• Verify guest arrivals by cross-checking the guest list provided by Front Office when guests disembark from the ferry.
• Support the Boat Captain in managing the boat during transfers between the terminal jetty and the resort.
• Ensure all passengers wear life jackets and confirm their safety before boat departures.
• Provide bell services including handling guest luggage from jetty to boat and directing guests to their rooms upon arrival and departure.
• Assist the Boat Captain during departures from any jetty location.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resort’s products and available indoor and outdoor activities to effectively guide guests.
• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of the boat, luggage trolley, and surrounding areas.
• Present a professional appearance by adhering to grooming standards and uniform requirements while on duty.
• Execute tasks assigned by Guest Service Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Logistic Manager, or other hotel officials.
• Demonstrate environmental awareness by applying energy and conservation principles in daily duties.
• Perform additional duties in accordance with hotel policies and supervisor instructions.
