Job Description
This role involves preparation of running account (RA) bills, final bills, and advance payments based on site progress. The candidate must verify quantities against drawings and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), perform rate analysis and billing for additional items or variations, and maintain accurate billing records and contract documentation.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of RA bills, final bills, and advance payments aligned with site progression.
- Verification of quantities by cross-checking drawings and BOQ.
- Conducting material reconciliation.
- Performing rate analysis and billing for extra items or variations beyond the original scope.
- Keeping comprehensive billing records and managing contract documents.
- Coordinating with project and accounts teams to ensure prompt invoicing and collection.
- Monitoring project costs to maintain budget adherence.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working on high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in English communication is essential.
- Educational qualification: Any graduate, preferably B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
